“It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Receptionist gave trouble asking for local ID and so many details claiming that he would have to report to the local police department because I have a foreign passport. Needed a room with two beds but as I couldn’t find such an option, I booked two rooms with single beds. When we went to the rooms one of them had two beds essentially wasting our money for one extra room. One of the rooms had an odor and it took hours for it to go or maybe I got……

“Booked for 1 night 18-19 July 2015. I called up hotel management before travel for confirmation and it took some time, maybe an hour. The room had good facilities and it was clean, but needs more maintenance. They had 2 restaurants and food was OK as it was expensive. Checkout was horrible as they asked to pay whole amount even after paying on expedia online. I had to connect the staff with expedia customer care for every booking related clarification. No ownership/resolution from……
